What are your sheets made from?

Crafted from luxurious organic bamboo cotton, our sheets are soft, breathable, and OEKO-TEX® certified for safety.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes. Bamboo fibres are naturally smooth and breathable, helping reduce irritation for skin, hair, and allergy-sensitive sleepers

Do your sleep masks block all light?

They block out most light and feature a gentle, contoured design to help avoid pressure on lashes and eyes.

How should I care for my bamboo sheets?

Cold gentle wash 30°C max. Line dry preferred. Low tumble. No bleach or softener.

Fit & Sizing

Do your sheets fit deep mattresses?

Yes. The fitted sheet features a generous depth and elastic edge for a secure fit on deeper mattresses.

How do I know what size I’m ordering?

Choose the size that matches your mattress:

Single: 90 × 190 cm (35 cm skirt)
King Single: 108 × 203 cm (35 cm skirt)
Double: 137 × 193 cm (35 cm skirt)
Queen: 152 × 203 cm (35 cm skirt)
King: 183 × 203 cm (30 cm skirt)

Pillowcases measure 52 × 76 cm.

Will the sleep mask fit all head sizes?

Yes. One size fits all, with elastic for a secure and comfortable fit.

Are sheet sizes labelled?

Yes. All sheets are labelled with the size and short/long sides for easy identification.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned. Returns for eligible issues must be requested within 14 days of delivery, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
